SA personnel possess strong customer service and organizational skills with demonstrated proficiency in all MS Office applications, database entry and desktop publishing.
In addition to general administrative support, our staff provides advanced administrative services, such as Pentagon-level interface, CONUS and OCONUS travel coordination, interoffice communication and database development.
Briefing Preparation
SA Program Analysts assist their clients in the preparation of financial briefing slides for Congressional staff and other presentations. This includes, but is not limited to, extracting budget data, compiling information on major performers by budget category, and providing information on current acquisition status.
Documentation Management and Handling
SA has the resources and experience required to create, manage and coordinate program documentation to support and supplement the technical and programmatic goals of our clients, while maintaining the stringent security requirements of the DoD.
As part of our documentation support, SA routinely creates, maintains and updates program-specific documentation, including presentations, speeches, white papers, proposals manuscripts as well as videotapes and other electronic media.
For special-purpose briefings and quick-response tasks, turnaround times of less than 24 hours can be achieved through our in-house production capabilities. SA also maintains working relationships with several local graphics support houses geared to less than a 24-hour turnaround for full color slides or viewgraphs (classified or unclassified).
Additional documentation management capabilities include database creation and maintenance, library (print and electronic media), storage, retrieval and delivery services, as well as the development and maintenance of mailing lists.
Financial Support and Budget Analysis
SA Program Analysts understand the program life cycle and currently provide our clients with the financial/programmatic support necessary to prepare, update and track program plans/schedules and carry out the necessary procedures of their financial process.
SA Program Analysts prepare and track financial and budgetary data to ensure that Program Managers can effectively plan and administer their programs and assist in the strategic planning of budgetary and schedule trade-offs/variance analysis throughout the program life cycle. SA Program Analysts update program plans, track technology results with respect to program plans, and maintain a database that tracks funding schedules as well as milestone delivery.
Contract Management
SA staff assists their clients in the organization, management and administration of a complexity of contracts, grants, task orders, delivery orders, agreements and other contractual documents and special projects, including research on contractual issues, technical assistance during contract negotiations, price and cost analysis of proposals, and acting as a liaison with DCAA on cost related issues.
