Strategic Analysis, Inc. (SA) acquires Directed Technologies, Inc. (DTI)
Acquisition adds early phase project management, advanced technology development, alternative energy analysis and cost-estimation capabilities.
On 30 June 2011, Strategic Analysis, Inc. (SA), acquired Directed Technologies, Inc. (DTI) an organization with whom we have worked closely for more than 25 years and with whom our core values are well aligned. We both share a strong commitment to supporting the customer mission, a focus on prompt and efficient delivery of services, and a respect for our employees. With the acquisition of DTI, SA will be able to offer a broader range of technical services to our customers, while continuing and expanding upon SA’s capabilities. DTI’s capabilities in early phase project management, advanced technology development, alternative energy analysis, and cost estimation using Design for Manufacturing & Assembly (DFMA) methodologies are welcome additions to SA’s scientific and engineering consulting, software development, strategic planning, policy research and studies, systems engineering and conference planning capabilities.
Like SA, DTI has more than 20 years of experience in providing the U.S. government with program management, technical analysis and research services which we see as complementing SA’s current client’s requirements. SA’s acquisition of DTI will enhance our flexibility and capability to satisfy our diverse set of customer requirements.
