Citizens of countries outside the United Kingdom must carry a valid passport and if applicable, a visa, to enter the country. Foreign participants may either contact a United Kingdom Embassy, High Commissions, or Consulates (collectively known as UK Missions) in their home country or go online to http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk/ to determine their individual visa requirements.

The conference committee cannot intervene with either the UK Missions or UKvisas Office on behalf of any participant. However, if you need a personal letter of invitation to attend the conference, you may email your request to rahm2008@sainc.com. Please remember to provide your complete mailing address and fax number. Your letter of invitation will be mailed to you, therefore please request it well in advance of when you expect to need it.
