The RAHM 2008 Conference will include two poster sessions. The first session will be on Tuesday, 29 July, from 1730 – 1930 and the second session will be on Wednesday, 30 July, from 1500 – 1700. Please see the Poster Session Agenda on this website to find out which day you are scheduled to present.

Each poster presenter will be provided a 2 meter by 1 meter (roughly 6 foot by 3 foot) space upon which to display their poster. Push-pins will be provided for hanging your poster. Tuesday’s posters should be put up between 0730 – 0830 and taken down no later than 1930 that evening. Wednesday’s posters should be put up between 0700 – 0800 and taken down no later than 2200 that evening.

Poster presenters will also give a 5 minute oral presentation, consisting of no more than two PowerPoint slides, on their scheduled day prior to the poster session. This presentation should provide an overview of your poster. A copy of your oral presentation must be submitted in electronic format one week (22 July 2008) prior to the conference.
