In addition to the work flexibility Strategic Analysis, Inc. (SA) provides to accommodate each employee’s optimal work-family balance; we are a family-owned business that seeks to extend that family feel to our employees. You will find this “family feel” in the form of both professional and personal support and the overall friendly and personable environment. You quickly feel like you belong. This sense of family is demonstrated not just in times of joy such as the birth of a child when SA hosts baby showers but during times of need. We send flowers and make donations in honor of the loved ones employees have lost. We provide paid time off to take care of family members for FMLA approved reasons. We also make straight donations to employees and their families in times of need.
