**Any late submitted abstracts will be discussed at the program committee meeting in mid-March. Late submission requests must be emailed to Jim Kerby (kerby@fnal.gov) and Lance Cooley (ldcooley@fnal.gov) along with the following information:

- abstract title, abstract content, author listing
- presentation preference
- submission category (see Call for Papers)

Should you need to make changes to your submitted abstract, please email your changes to Centennial Conferences at asc@centennialconferences.com. Be sure to include your abstract submission id number.
