Function space for ancillary meetings and events may be reserved during the 2004 Applied Superconductivity Conference. All arrangements pertaining to your meeting and/or events must be managed by ASC’04 (Centennial Conferences). Because the Conference is supportive of your need to meet and network, this service is offered on a complimentary basis.

Function space will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. It is, therefore, important that you submit your request as soon as possible. The deadline for reserving function space is July 1, 2004. You will be contacted by Centennial Conferences after July 1st in order to confirm and finalize all necessary arrangements. Specific meeting rooms and function space will not be assigned for your use until after August 15, 2004.

Please note that function space will not be available or assigned for your use during days, dates and times that conflict with the ASC’04 conference or special events.
