Abstracts (using only ASCII characters and up to 200 words) can be submitted only via this website at any time up until midnight (EST), on 30 May 2008 (Updated).

Accepted papers will either be presented orally in one of the conference sessions or included in the conference poster sessions. You can indicate your preference for oral or poster contribution, although the Program & Advisory Committee will make the final decision. Notice regarding the disposition of each abstract will be sent via email on or by 18 July 2008 (Updated). Only a registered participant is permitted to present a paper. Only two abstract submissions will be accepted from any one presenting author.

A completed copy of your agency's Approved for Public Release form or the Disclosure Authorization Form must be submitted by 30 September 2008. If your form is not received by this deadline, your presentation will be cancelled.
