Student Scholarships
The CBD PS&T Conference is providing 20 scholarships for students to attend and present their research related to chemical and biological defense. This scholarship program is being provided to encourage student participation and provide students the opportunity to learn about current research in the chemical and biological defense program.
To be considered for one of the 20 scholarships, students must submit an abstract and present their work in one of the conference poster sessions. Selection of scholarships will be based on review of eligible abstracts. The selected abstracts will be published in the conference abstract book and the scholarship recipients will also be required to submit a manuscript to be published in the Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC), after the conference.
The scholarship will cover the registration fee, transportation, lodging, and meals (per diem) for the conference. Scholarship recipients will be announced on or by 18 July 2008 (Updated).
