Poster Instructions
The CBD PS&T Conference will include two poster sessions. The first session will be on Tuesday, 18 November, from 1800 – 2000
and the second session will be on Wednesday, 19 November, from 1800 – 2000.
All posters will be on display the entire conference, but poster presenters will only be required to present their poster during one session.
Please see the Poster Session Agenda on this website to find out which day you will present your poster.
Each poster presenter will be provided a 4 foot high by 8 foot wide space on a free-standing corkboard upon which to display their poster. Push-pins will be provided for hanging your poster.
Set-up time is from 0900 – 1200 on Tuesday, 18 November, and all posters must be removed by 1000 on Friday, 21 November.
